How can i join IYC. Kindly confirm process.

Fight between two groups is the main principle of theory of Mr. Karl Marks.  I know there is not only two groups, many groups but due to policies of government, after few years that principle would be applicable, when only two groups would available because rich would become more rich and poor would become poorer.

The aim of our government is that every person in India would become educate but due to government policies education is itself become very costly that after few years, the main aim of our government policy would become to bring the cost of education in the range of middle class, which would become only one dream for poor peoples.  So there is no need to work on the present aim, there is a requirement to work on second.    

I want to know answer of one question that government authorities are performing its duties sincerely, there is one small issue of financial benefits of employees.  This is correct that government is providing financial support in shape of allowances and increase in salaries but what about the private sector.  In govt. records private companies providing better financial support to its employees but in actual this is not correct in private schools teachers are getting very less salary in actual in comparison of record. The same situation is available in private hospitals.  

Some organizations which are set up by government are running like ‘lala ji ki dukan’ there is no rules and financial benefits for employees.  There is a need to examine rules and regulations of such organizations relating to benefits of employees.   

I want to know that whether poor Indians are actually getting benefits of independence or whether they are feeling themselves independence. On the basis of my experience, now I want to work for human welfare and also to stop mental or other kind of harassment in work place which is the creation of some higher level people those are setting on some beneficial seats in Govt. and private sectors.  I want support of my govt. to stop corruption and greed for which higher level officers (Govt. and Private sector) are behaving their staff like salve in independent India after 50 years of Independence.  MNCs are better than our Indian organizations, there is a requirement of improvement. In Govt. sector officers are getting all the financial benefits from government but they are very greedy. This corruption and greed are creating new invisible slavery system for crores of poor people.  Every day we are listing bad news about our opticians but there is a one group those are taking higher level of benefits in Govt. and private sector in comparison of their work called “NAUKARSHAH’  who is responsible for same part.
