IYC has a rich story of volunteers, becoming leaders. INC provides ample opportunities to citizens to volunteer in various wings of the organization dedicated in service of specific segments of the society and nation at large. Being a democratic political organization; volunteers are encouraged to bring forth their ideas and thoughts and finest of them are absorbed to further the goal of INC.
Volunteers are nurtured are in the right environment and with the right ethics. They remain devoted to the nation building and lend their helping help in any calamities occurring in any part of the nation. Our volunteers are the backbone and messenger of our organization; taking the ideology of INC to every citizen of the nation. Our volunteers act as an eye of the nation; highlights the malaise plaguing it. The issues of utmost importance are prioritized, and conventional tactics are deployed to draw the attention of the Government.
Our volunteers take wider participation not only in political events but in all sorts of social, cultural, educational, humanitarian and other numerous events. To enlist few, these include organizing regular blood donation camps wherein IYC volunteers donate blood, providing rescue and relief materials in natural calamities, planting sampling for enhancing green covers, extending medical aids in endemics and the many more.
It is the vigour of our volunteers that keep this organization going.
