Haath Uthao is a national campaign that seeks to bring back the idea of the ‘Local’. It aims to energize the people to think of their local concerns, issues and questions in electing their MP rather than getting swayed by a distant national agenda.
Hath Uthao is an effort to ameliorate the hardship of the marginalized. Marginalized sections had always been at the receiving and they are worst sufferer in any Government. Either the policies adopted are antithetical to them or they are not they not the part of the policies. Hath Uthao helps the marginalized avail the schemes and benefits meant for them. It strives to fights for the rights of the suppressed, downtrodden and marginalized. Hath Uthao also makes them aware of the various initiatives taken for them by Government, NGOs, Civil Society and other philanthropist organization.
Around 150+ Haath Uthao campaigns have also been conducted to empower the youth of India in voicing out their angst at the Current Government’s inability to provide employment opportunities as promised.
